Primary Duties:

  • Addressing inquiries from both internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve billing inquiries effectively.
  • Providing essential support for revenue cycle activities.
  • Managing payer-related issues and overseeing account transactions.
  • Explaining billing practices and principles to clients.
  • Engaging in the account management process throughout the revenue cycle.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle database.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to meet organizational objectives.
  • Prioritizing accounts and conducting follow-ups on accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma is required.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in revenue cycle management.
  • Familiarity with Revenue Cycle systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to perform office tasks and utilize fine motor skills.
  • Visual and auditory capabilities necessary for job performance.
