Job Summary
This role involves cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be a strong communicator, and have the ability to build relationships with business partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
* Execute merchandising resets to optimize store displays and product placement
* Build retail displays that drive sales and engagement
* Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities
* Implement plan-o-grams to streamline inventory management and reduce waste

Requirements
* Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with business partners
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing environments
* Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive hand movements
