Property Leasing Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Property Leasing Specialist to join our team at Stoneplace Apartment Homes in Molalla, OR. As a Property Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing, including answering phone calls, greeting residents, touring prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, and accurately preparing leases and other documents.

• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from potential residents
• Greeting residents and providing excellent customer service
• Touring prospects and showcasing the features and amenities of our properties
• Maintaining the appearance and condition of our properties, including exterior and interior spaces
• Marketing available units and promoting our properties through various channels
• Preparing and processing leases and other documents

• One (1) year of previous customer service experience required
• One (1) year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Basic knowledge of MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols

$18-$21 per hour, plus a $25 monthly cell phone stipend. Benefits eligible after 30 days of employment.
