We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Placement Specialist to join our team in the Portland, OR area. As a Product Placement Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks, and implementing plan-o-grams.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Cultivating relationships with in-store management to ensure seamless execution of merchandising programs
  • Executing merchandising resets to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Building retail displays that showcase products and create an immersive shopping experience
  • Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities
  • Implementing plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in retail merchandising or a related field
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (3-8 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resides within 20 miles of Woodburn/Molalla/Silverton/Canby, OR
