- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience
- 8 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR business partner role.
- Certifications
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
- Skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
