We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Heritage Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Job Summary:

As a Speech Language Pathologist with us, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders. You will develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy sessions to improve communication abilities. Additionally, you will administer swallowing evaluations and implement appropriate interventions for patients with swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders

  • Administer swallowing evaluations and implement appropriate interventions for patients with swallowing difficulties
  • Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies for continued progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse healthcare environments

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $38.00 - $48.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule and paid time off. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
