ZOLL LifeVest is seeking a Patient Service Representative to train patients on the use of the LifeVest wearable defibrillator. As an independent contract worker, you will work with patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest, providing them with the peace of mind that they are protected.
Responsibilities:- Manage equipment and garment inventory
- Contact caregivers and family to schedule fittings
- Conduct evening and weekend activities
- Travel to patient's homes for fittings or follow-up visits
- Train patients and caregivers in the use of the LifeVest
- Have patients sign a Patient Agreement and WEAR Checklist
- Fax the signed copy of the Patient Agreement and WEAR Checklist to ZOLL within 24 hours
- 1 year patient care experience
- Professional patient experience documented on resume
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Willingness to pay for additional training and vendor credentials
