Customer Care Specialist

At Community Bank System, Inc., we strive to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing technical support, and assisting customers with their banking needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist customers with banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and account management.
  • Work with the Customer Care Center team to achieve annual goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements and policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
