About the Role

Milo's Tea Company is a leading beverage company in the US, committed to making a positive impact on the world. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Enter and post count results into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to determine solutions.
  • Review and audit material receipts, missed realization scans, and ERP/WMS transactions to ensure FIFO order accuracy and processing efficiency.
  • Communicate issues and process inefficiencies to the Inventory Manager and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of inventory management best practices in our warehouses and cooler.
  • Adhere to inventory control standards and ethics.
  • Participate in year-end physical inventory and serve as backup to additional onsite Inventory Specialists.
  • Work closely with Planning to ensure production plans match inventory needs and achieve On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) goals.
  • Ensure damaged or nonconforming materials are properly quarantined and documented.
Requirements
  • ERP and WMS experience, preferably with Sage X3, Mobe 3, or SAP.
  • Inventory management and cycle counting experience.
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and five years of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions, prepare correspondence, and present information effectively.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
