About the Role

Milo's Tea is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing assets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an inventory management system to ensure accurate tracking and control of spare parts and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to assemble project and work order kits, ensuring timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to obtain price quotes, follow up on parts, and coordinate service requests.
  • Perform physical inventory cycle counts of spare parts and supplies regularly, implementing required adjustments, additions, or deletions to prevent duplication of consumable and repair parts and materials.
  • Establish min/max levels and re-order points for all parts and materials, adhering to maintenance excellence best practices.
  • Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming, including recycling, social advocacy, and volunteering opportunities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience working with industrial maintenance parts or inventory control
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, drawings, and memos
  • Basic computer skills
