Job Summary:
The successful candidate will conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team. They will also provide individual and group therapy, suicide and crisis risk assessments, and coordinate discharge planning activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
* Provide individual and group therapy as outlined in the treatment plan
* Perform suicide and crisis risk assessments and interventions
* Coordinate discharge planning activities and act as a resource for accessing community support and services
* Respond to requests from individuals, family members, courts, and community agencies
* Consult with colleagues and other staff on behavior management treatment issues
* Prepare verbal and written reports and provide court testimony as required

Requirements:
* Master's degree from an accredited school of social work
* Valid license as a Clinical Social Worker issued by the state in which the work is performed
* Knowledge of the principles, procedures, techniques, trends, and literature of social work with particular reference to clinical social work
* Ability to establish and maintain the confidence and cooperation of persons contacted within the context of work

Benefits:
The GEO Group Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses, benefits, and career development opportunities.
