Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN, you will work alongside our Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a safe and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include developing nursing care plans, performing physical assessments, administering medications, and documenting patient interactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to industry and company accreditation policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state where the facility is located. You should also have at least two years of direct work experience and possess excellent diagnostic skills, patience, and natural empathy. Additionally, you must be able to work without direct supervision and provide appropriate follow-through treatment. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds, standing, sitting, bending, and reaching above shoulder level.
