  • Direct and supervise the daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Closely mentor and guide Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their role, fostering growth and development.
  • Coordinate care needs with community providers through an effective case management process, ensuring seamless care transitions.
  • Balance service demands with supporting resident independence, promoting autonomy and dignity.
  • Recognize and assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation, reporting incidents to appropriate authorities as required by state regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications
