Job Summary:

LCB Senior Living LLC is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a Resident Care Team Member. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the evaluation of resident needs and the development of individualized care plans
Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to ensure the smooth operation of the care team
Participate in community marketing efforts to promote our community and attract new residents
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of employment
At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Physical and mental stamina to perform the demands of the job
