LPN - Geriatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at LCB Senior Living LLC. As a Resident Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting the Resident Care Director in managing the community.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Resident Care Director with the evaluation of resident needs and the development of service plans.
- Direct and supervise the daily work assignments of resident care assistants.
- Monitor resident care assistants' compliance with infection control and sharps disposal programs.
- Participate in community marketing efforts and provide support to resident care associates as needed.
- Administer medications and perform other duties as requested.
- Current LPN license in the state of employment.
- At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
