About the Role

Villagree Luxury Homes, a leading design-build firm in Colorado Springs, seeks an experienced Luxury Home Project Manager to oversee the successful build of multiple luxury custom homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction site duties, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Utilize project management software to update progress and ensure tasks are completed within projected build times.
  • Ensure projects meet contract documents, change orders, and selection boards.
  • Conduct meetings with trade partners, suppliers, clients, and co-workers to discuss project progress and address any issues.
  • Maintain safety codes and protocols on all job sites.
  • Provide weekly reporting on timelines, progress, and adjustments.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in construction supervisory roles in custom residential construction or similar work experience.
  • Construction Management certification or Associate's Degree -OR- equivalent work experience of minimum 10 years in a Residential Superintendent role.
  • Ability to conduct take-offs, interpret construction details and drawings per local codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Able to analyze problems and proactively strategize for solutions.
  • Highly proficient in time management, organizational skills, and maintaining timelines and schedules.
  • Excellent customer relations, customer service skills, and professionalism among all aspects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills among all delivery channels.
  • Able to multitask and manage time efficiently and effectively.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with excellent team player/leadership skills.
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
