Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Abatement Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our environmental projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technicians and temporary labor at job sites, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage field teams and temporary labor to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Monitor progress and schedule final clearances.
  • Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with BluSky's safety policies.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily project summaries, sign-in sheets, and safety reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of asbestos abatement experience.
  • An Asbestos 40-hour supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Physical ability to perform required job tasks, including regular lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $68,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.
