POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Moving and Packing Specialist will be responsible for loading and unloading personal belongings, products, and materials. This role involves working in various environments, including warehouses and customer residences.

COMPENSATION: Competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage professionally with clients and team members
  • Safely pack and wrap personal items
  • Unload and organize belongings in customer homes as requested
  • Utilize moving equipment safely and effectively
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Report any damages or incidents promptly


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Capability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Effective communication skills
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in transportation is preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing over 75 pounds
  • Capability to respond quickly to auditory signals
  • Ability to navigate uneven surfaces and confined spaces
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Physical capability to walk, crouch, or kneel as needed
