Administrative Coordinator

Job Overview:
Cenergy, a dynamic woman-owned company, is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide critical support to the Plant Manager and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager, including tasks such as accounts payable, purchasing, and document control.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of plant and office areas.
- Manage facility files, perform document control, and introduce new forms and procedures as needed.
- Process daily paperwork and reports, review production records, and generate budget reports.
- Schedule physicals, track employee training sessions, and maintain facility licenses and permits.
- Manage cylinder invoicing, transferring, manifesting, ordering, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies, track bulk products received, and help prepare annual compliance reports.
- Oversee shipping and receiving records, procedures, regulations, and tracking.
- Keep track of Dangerous Goods Regulations and ensure their proper application.
- Work with 3rd party logistics companies, rectify errors, assign billing to correct parties, and maintain relationships with common carriers.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to enter data efficiently, timely, and correctly to meet deadlines.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to professionally interact with business contacts inside and outside the company.
- Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a team player.
Pay and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $22 - $28 per hour, based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
