As a Program Manager for Sales Support, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams, leading security-related training initiatives, and ensuring security compliance during customer interactions.

About the Role

This role involves supporting our sales teams, leading security-related training initiatives, and ensuring security compliance during customer interactions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales team to address security concerns and provide security expertise to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Sales Support: Provide security expertise to sales teams, ensuring compliance with security policies during all customer engagements.
  • Customer Engagement: Attend meetings with potential customers, presenting the company's security posture, addressing specific security concerns, and supporting the sales process from a security standpoint.
  • Security Onboarding Training: Develop and deliver security onboarding training programs for new employees, ensuring they understand the company's security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Security Awareness Training: Lead regular security awareness training sessions for both internal staff and customers, focusing on data protection, phishing prevention, social engineering, and other key topics.
  • Contract Security Review: Collaborate with sales, legal, and compliance teams to review contracts, ensuring the inclusion of appropriate security clauses and measures in customer and vendor agreements.
  • Vendor Security Review: Conduct thorough reviews of third-party vendors' security practices, ensuring they meet the company's security standards. This includes evaluating vendor security questionnaires, conducting risk assessments, and making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on security sales support.
  • Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices, especially in a sales context.
  • Experience in developing and conducting security onboarding and awareness training programs.
  • Ability to engage with potential customers and effectively communicate security concepts during meetings.
  • Expertise in reviewing and assessing vendor security practices, including evaluating security questionnaires and managing security risks.
