Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical and clerical support to healthcare professionals
- Manage patient check-in and registration
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in a physician's office or clinic
- Medical Assistants Certification (or equivalent "on the job training")
- BLS Certification required within 30 days of start date
