Requirements

  • Experience
    • Demonstrate a history of supervision and multi-tasking.
    • Experience in customer service and working with children is preferred.
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and customer service skills with an ability to address customer complaints and grievances.
    • Must be able to work in a noisy and fast-paced work environment.
    • Dedication to guest satisfaction and the social and physical value of play.
    • Basic math skills and ability to read and write in English required.
