Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests, assigning them to their accommodations.
  • Coordinate with lodge staff, including housekeeping and maintenance, to address guest requests promptly.
  • Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, while serving as the primary telephone operator for the lodge.
  • Provide information regarding hotel amenities and local services in Mammoth, California.
  • Process guest check-outs, including billing and payment collection.
Additional Information:
This position is available at two of our esteemed hotel properties. If you have a preference for a specific location, please indicate this in your application.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant training in business office operations.
  • Proficient computer skills and a minimum of one year experience in customer service or guest relations.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information in both individual and small group settings.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with clarity.
  • Problem-solving skills to navigate various situations with multiple variables.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is $21.00.
