Emergency Department Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Triage and assess patients of all ages, providing individualized care and treatment plans
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve expected outcomes, prioritizing patient needs and managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Provide follow-up care instructions and make necessary referrals, ensuring seamless transitions of care
- Collaborate with physicians and other departments to coordinate patient care, maintaining a patient-focused and safety-aware approach
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, multistate, or able to obtain licensure prior to start
- Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
- 1+ years of experience as an RN in an acute care environment
- BLS certification must be obtained prior to employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ACLS Instructor certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or PALS Instructor certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
