About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to assess and evaluate patient mental status
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
  • Provide supportive care to patients, including participating in conversation, recreational activities, and daily living activities
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Work with family members and significant others to provide education and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
