About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
  • Conduct initial psychological assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the Charge Nurse.
  • Participate in milieu therapy and lead or assist in milieu groups to promote a therapeutic environment.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience in mental health care, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
