Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to Associates on customer service, sales techniques, and store operations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and Associates to ensure seamless store operations and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
