Administrative Sales Support Specialist

Cesna is hiring a Sales Admin to support our sales team in Troy, MI. This position involves utilizing the SAP system to monitor sales information and assist sales staff members.
Job DescriptionThis role requires daily use of SAP, proper collection and allocation of sales documents, and invoicing clients. You will also review Purchase Order accuracy and liaise with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Use SAP to monitor sales information and support sales team members.
- Collect and allocate sales documents, and process sales-related costs.
- Review Purchase Order accuracy and communicate with stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Valid US work authorization.
- Strong communication skills in English and Korean.
- ERP system experience.
- Ability to learn quickly.
Estimated Salary: $52,500 per annum based on location and experience.
