Job Overview

We are seeking a fully remote Environmental Equipment Customer Support Representative with extensive expertise in environmental equipment utilization and production to handle incoming inquiries at a leading provider of laboratory tools.

Compensation: Starting pay is $27.00 per hour, with a standard work schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm (Colorado time zone). After 60 days of employment, employees can enroll in our Medical, Dental, Vision, and other benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Environmental Equipment Customer Support Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Addressing inbound customer inquiries and order requests related to our environmental testing and laboratory equipment.
  • Generating and processing customer quotes and order requests.
  • Responding to customer requests for Certificates of Analysis and other product documentation.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences is preferred.
  • Experience with environmental laboratory and testing products is essential.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact management software (CRM).
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to tasks.
