- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and corporate office to understand and meet their needs.
- Supervise EVS activities, including staffing, inventory, and financial goals, to drive productivity and quality improvement.
- Implement systems and processes to enhance department operations and improve efficiencies.
- Develop and implement solutions to address staff issues and improve career development opportunities.
- Coordinate and supervise department projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
**Requirements:**
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 6 years of EVS experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Web applications.
- High school diploma, some college preferred.
- Flexibility in work schedule and ability to perform all aspects of EVS operation.
- Understanding of customer service techniques and ability to provide excellent service delivery.
