About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the financial advisor in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assist the financial advisor in identifying opportunities to create efficiency and improve client outcomes
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Stay up-to-date with current and new office technology and financial services/market trends
  • Participate in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
