Intellectual Disability Care Team Member

At Harbor House of Louisville, we seek caring and compassionate individuals to join our care team as Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) or Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). As a CNA, you will take and record vital signs, provide hands-on care, and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of services. DSPs will interact with participants, assisting with daily living tasks, participating in art, music, and health/wellness activities, and providing respite care in home settings.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $19-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will work Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with weekend rotation providing respite care in a home setting, which includes overnights. After successful completion of a training period, this position pays $25/hour. Full-and part-time positions available.
