About the Job

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a qualified Developmental Disability Therapist to join our team. As a member of our therapy team, you will work closely with clients who have cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate records of client information and treatment plans

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field, such as psychology, education, or behavioral sciences
  • Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation and be able to travel to various locations as needed.
