Customer Service Advocate

About the Role
\The purpose of this position is to provide top-notch customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
\This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
\You will be responsible for generating and dispatching service request work orders, scheduling conference rooms and audio visual equipment, and updating computer systems as needed.
\A successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of related experience, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
