Job Summary

As a key member of our healthcare team, the Certified Nursing Assistant will provide exceptional patient care and support to our nursing staff.

  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients and guests, ensuring a smooth transition to our hospital environment.
  • Assist in patient assessment by collecting and documenting vital information for review by our nursing team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, adhering to our organization's standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to provide personalized care, considering physical, psychosocial, age-specific, and cultural aspects of each patient.
  • Report any abnormal findings or concerns to the nursing team in a timely manner.
  • Perform various tasks, including monitoring tube systems, handling medications, updating diet orders, and facilitating patient transfers.
  • Assist with staff assignments, supplies, and work orders as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No experience required, but SRNA certification in the state of Kentucky and BLS certification within 90 days of employment are necessary.
