Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rental quotes, bookings, and contracts efficiently.
  • Develop new rental and sales accounts by assisting walk-in and call-in clients.
  • Negotiate rental prices and contractor supplies in line with company pricing policies.
  • Coordinate delivery logistics and manage customer expectations regarding service timelines.
  • Identify potential leads for new business and communicate these with Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Reconnect with previous clients to retain business and strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain an organized and appealing showroom, stocked with merchandise.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Proven capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

This role is classified as Safety Sensitive in accordance with United Rentals' policies.
