- Extensive experience in documentation and care planning, with a strong attention to detail.
- Preference for teamwork and collaboration to achieve common goals.
- Desire for further education and training to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Ideas for improving our services and contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Enjoyment of working with older people and their families, with a patient-centered approach.
- Motivational and cooperative leadership style that inspires employees to work towards common goals.
- Good computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
