We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks and food to guests, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and answering questions about the property and local area.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve drinks and food to guests, adhering to brand standards and food safety guidelines.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of basic drink recipes, bar equipment, and safety rules for kitchen equipment. Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for long periods, and work in a fast-paced and hot environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Preferably 6 months of experience in Food and Beverage service.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment, and flexibility to work any shift as needed.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
