Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to lead our bar team at LA STRADA CAFFE LLC. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making drink recommendations, maintaining a clean bar area, and creating a variety of traditional and creative cocktails.

Responsibilities

  • Take drink orders and confirm patrons are of legal drinking age.
  • Ensure all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages are followed.
  • Collect payment and operate the cash register.
  • Order, maintain, and restock the inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bartending is preferred.
  • TIPS Certification is required.
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items is necessary.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills are required.
