We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing drinks and food to our guests, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. If you are a team player who is professional, friendly, and attentive, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to guests
  • Offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and answering questions
  • Complete all required brand-specific training and adhere to property-specific brand standards
  • Operate the point of sale system and maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace
  • Perform other tasks as necessary or required to meet or exceed guest satisfaction

Requirements
  • 6 months experience in Food and Beverage service
  • Excellent customer service skills and a stable work history
  • Ability to work entire shift on feet at a quick pace and lift 50 lbs
  • Knowledge of basic drink recipes and bar equipment
