Role and Responsibilities

The Clinical Manager will oversee the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising clinical staff to maintain high standards of care.
  • Collaborating with the Practice Administrator to recruit and hire clinical team members.
  • Managing day-to-day clinical operations, including establishing effective workplace procedures.
  • Developing strategies to enhance team and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Education and Experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A registered nurse with a current state license is preferred.
  • BLS certification is mandatory.
  • Four or more years of related experience are preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a comprehensive health team.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team of professionals and paraprofessionals.
  • Adherence to the professional code of ethics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and administrative abilities.
  • A high-level understanding of all clinical job functions.
