A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Forge and nurture relationships with industry professionals to cultivate new business opportunities
  • Enhance ARCO's market presence and establish brand recognition
  • Conduct research and analyze key economic indicators that may impact market dynamics within specific niche sectors or regions
  • Participate in trade shows and industry meetings to stay informed about market trends, competition, and to strengthen relationships with current clients and prospects
  • Provide regular updates on new business development initiatives and other key performance indicators to the ARCO management team
  • Assist in developing and executing the sales strategy
  • Coordinate and oversee the sales/proposal process in collaboration with ARCO's marketing, estimating, project management, and senior leadership teams
  • Establish profitable partnerships with decision-makers at various organizations
  • Travel as necessary
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related construction discipline is required
  • 5-10 years of technical sales experience within the construction sector
  • Experience in advanced/high-tech manufacturing sectors, including pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and/or life sciences is highly preferred
  • Comprehensive business background with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of design/build construction
