Insurance Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Insurance Claims Representative to join our team at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and resolving insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to inbound calls and provide assistance to clients with their insurance-related queries.
- Claims Resolution: Investigate and resolve insurance claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless claim resolution.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex insurance claims issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or claims resolution role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Licenses: Property and Casualty Insurance License or Adjusters License required.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Competitive Salary: Based on experience.
