Responsibilities

This is an After School Teacher position that requires at least 2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting with children between the ages of 6 and 12 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct care of children and classroom cleaning, including assisting children with lunch, rest time, snacks, and after school activities, as well as cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, toys, and dishes used by children.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must submit 3 professional references. One of the references should be from the current place of employment. The applicant should include the references' first and last name, phone number, email, the relevant place of employment, and the position they held at the place of employment. Additionally, the applicant must have, or be able to obtain before start, a Registry Certificate, current CPR certification, SIDS, SBS, and completed coursework in child development.

Benefits

This is a part-time position with approximately 10-15 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm-5:00 pm. The hourly rate is $16.00-$20.00. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
