Job Opportunity

High Point Christian School is seeking a dedicated and spiritually focused Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our students.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor students in a 3K morning class setting, fostering a love for learning and spiritual growth.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our Biblically integrated education program.
  • Provide a safe, caring, and Christ-centered environment for students to thrive.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong grasp of Christian education principles, particularly in early childhood education.
  • Current Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or equivalent experience.
  • Association of Christian School International (ACSI) teaching certification or eligibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and technology.
