Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Class A CDL driver to join our team at Haul USA. As a solo truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
  • Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
  • Loading and unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight as required by customers
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder drug test
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months experience within the past 3 years, 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, or 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
Benefits
  • Competitive pay
  • Weekly guarantee of $1155
  • Solo miles pay: $0.48 per mile with 2500 miles per week
  • Solo stops pay: $12.00 per stop with stops per week
  • Drop and hook pay: $6.00 per drop/hook
  • Sign on bonus: pays $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days
  • Shutdown bonus: pays $2000 in 2 installments in the first year
  • Safety bonus: pays up to $250 quarterly if applicable
