Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a Resident Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene as needed during shift.
  • Support with oral hygiene, including denture care, at designated times.
  • Complete patient care records accurately, including intake and output.
  • Collaborate with the charge nurse to address resident needs and administer treatments as directed.
  • Meet the requirements of a Certified Nursing Assistant, listed in the DFS registry.
  • Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to care for geriatric patients with a genuine concern for their welfare.
