Sales Development Specialist

The Sales Executive at City Wide Facility Solutions is responsible for securing new service contracts within their assigned territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying leads, assessing potential needs, and new business opportunities. You must possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and effectively collaborate with others.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can close sales by building strong relationships with prospects and overcoming objections. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000-$100,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Close sales by building rapport with prospects and overcoming objections
- Run building surveys and present proposals
- Identify leads for new contract janitorial sales by making proactive cold calls
- Perform competitive analysis and maintain knowledge of the building maintenance industry
- Handle all incoming requests for information professionally and in a timely manner
- Establish relationships with property managers and key industry association members
- Collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on each prospect in CRM
- Exercise good judgment and discretion to create and tailor sales ideas and presentations based on specific prospect needs
- Maintain open communication with all members of the sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent outside sales experience
- Ability to speak, write, and read English fluently
- Ability to develop excellent relationships with prospects and clients
- Ability to use excellent judgment, handle confidential materials, and display a professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to meet all deadlines
