Maintenance Crew Member

About the Role:
The Custodian assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and ensuring the proper maintenance of restaurant equipment. This role is part of the Custodian Team, supporting the team in providing a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including floors, walls, windows, and other areas.
* Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, repaired, or replaced as needed.
* Collaborate with the Custodian Team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Working Conditions:
This role requires standing for long periods, frequent walking, and manual labor. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and physical activity.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $40,000 - $50,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required;
* 1-2 years of custodial or maintenance experience preferred;
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods;
