We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to support our Primary Care practice located in Amherst, NY.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide care for approximately 16-20 adult patients per day, working a Full-Time schedule of 40 hours/week, scheduled weekdays. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Primary Care setting
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Family/Internal Medicine office preferred
  • Patient-driven, inquisitive, compassionate, independent, and dedicated to improving the health of patients
  • Board certified
  • DEA certification
  • New York State License
